The very professional and very kind people that they have doing the work. Chris was a very considerate person that come to our home and did the work. Carpets seem to be very clean, whole house has a different smell to it now (cleaner) and the feel of the carpets is now a very soft and of course clean feel. Andre did a fantastic job, very professional AND he had an awesome personality - knowledgeable and friendly.

We like the convenience of how quick we could get someone out to the house, how easy the communication was and that the carpets are not cleaned with soap.
My technician was so professional,knowledgeable, and got some old stains out that had been there quite a few years. I'd used Zerorez about 8 years ago; my technician had record of it on his phone, which I appreciated as I hadn't realized it'd been about 8 years since I'd had my carpets cleaned! Carpets feel so clean, fresh & look amazing!
