We got a call to let us know that the technician was running a little late, which was appreciated. We knew he was on his way. When he got there he was polite and explained our options. He got to work and before we knew it our carpets were so much better than before. It was a rental and the tenant who just moved out had a dog, which apparently had many accidents on the rug. The technical was very professional and friendly.

Though our carpet didn't have any permanent stains, it is twenty years old and had a few heavily soiled traffic areas. We didn't have high expectations, but have to say that the Zerorez process does a beautiful job. We are extremely pleased with the results. The technician, was very professional and quite conscientious during the cleaning process. He was knowledgeable about the process and equipment and answered all our questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction. We will use Zerorez again and highly recommend it to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

I love that Zerorez offers a non-toxic method to clean carpets as well as hard surfaces, area rugs and furniture. Every cleaning tech we’ve experienced has been wonderful! And their customer service is excellent.

Zak was wonderful and very patient with me. I asked him to come back and work on some stubborn spots that reappeared after the carpet was cleaned and he was kind and redid the entire rug. Now my carpet smells and looks like new. Thanks Zak!
