Very easy to schedule. Technician explained every aspect of the cleaning process. I’ve been hearing radio ads for Zerorez for years back in San Diego, upon moving to Hayden, I saw a Zerorez truck and was surprised to find them in our area. I sent a txt message to their number and was scheduled. Very pleased with the results.

Most carpet cleaning companies are ran as a racquet with 20 ways to up charge, I seriously dislike the way this business operates including zerorez.

You should give room rates but also an hour rate and provide the best rate to the customer which ever is lower. My charge equates to $130 an hour for my home yesterday.

I love that there is no soap used. Technicians are great and can make suggestions on product applications to get the best results for your carpet.

The tech is always on time....this time he was even early. He asked if we had any problem areas and even recommended a treatment for a few pet stains. We also like that there is no left over residue and our carpets dry very quickly. We've always liked Zerorez and will continue to use you.

The tech, David?, was very informative. When made appt, it was to be with Ammon! Not happy that is not who I got. David did a lot to put my mind at ease. Actually showed me areas that I did not know about, spots on carpet. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. He did an awesome job. I did apologize to him about my attitude of NOT getting the tech I asked for. I think I should have been informed about that.

Zerorez tech was very professional, careful and did a great job. We had carpeting in 3 rooms cleaned and are very satisfied with the results. We would definitely have Zerorez clean our carpets again.
