We are very pleased with how clean our carpets are. He did a great job, was pleasant, and was very efficient!
We DID have a problem a year ago because our carpets had a yellow stain that showed up a few weeks after the cleaning. It was after the many weeks of grey days left and we had a few days of sunshine. We were told that we were past the 30 days so we would be charged for another cleaning. However, yesterday’s cleaning (he said it was residue left on the carpet) took care of it and they are once again beautiful with NO yellow stain! Thank you.

I appreciated the prompt service. The technicians (Dominic and Chris) were available early and were personable and thorough. Some great stain removal as well!!!
