The young man that came into my home seemed very knowledgeable and considerate. He did tell us that we would have an email confirmation of our bill and payment in about 15 minutes and 2 days later we still don’t have it. Perhaps a hard copy should be provided upon completion rather than an electronic promise.

After EMTs (thank you guys!) left I noticed my nearly white wool carpet in our bedroom with several dark spots from their “work boots”. Called Zerorez and Carpet tech Chris did an amazing job! Carpet looks new again. I recommend highly!
