After much guidance to alleviate potential asbestos issues with my ducts, I was able to have Zerorez come in and clean the ducts in our home. My furnace and ducts were installed in 1990, and sadly, the ducts had NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Seeing the pictures of before and after the cleaning, it's a miracle we haven't spent time in the hospital with respiratory issues! SO GROSS!
My Zerorez Tech, Gabe, was great!. He showed up just prior to the appointment time, explained the process of what he needed to do to clean the ducts, was very professional and knowledgeable, experienced and answered my many questions throughout the process.
