thorough. He noticed my dryer vents hadn't been cleaned and took care of it. I lost the motor on
my previous dryer due to the build up of lint that hadn't been noticed or thought about before.

Very good services. Knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff.

The dry time was significantly shorter than other companies I have used. The Technician was friendly and amicable. My house did not have that wet dog smell afterwards, I have three dogs and the last company left it smelling like wet dog for days after the service.

No residue or smell

I feel confident that Zeroez process is deep cleaning at it's best. There is no residue left on the carpet to feel crunchy or revolve the dirty smell. The best is that my grandchildren are safe to play on the carpet.

Second time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets, along with a duct cleaning, and we couldn't be happier. Our Technician, Lucas, was great, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our carpets look nearly new and everything was dry within hours. My carpets came out very soft and looking clean. The only thing that was a bummer is it doesn’t SMELL clean, it kinda smelled musty. But after leaving the windows open for a few hours it was better.
