I appreciated the prompt, efficient, friendly way the washer did his job. It was thorough and quick. My back deck carpet was very soiled to the point I was thinking about replacing it. When he was done the carpet looked brand new. I also appreciated the mask and booties.

Zerorez always does such a good job with cleaning the carpets in my home. I would normally give a 10 score but the last time they were here, they did not use the orange/ citrus smelling product which was disappointing. Clean carpets none the less.
The new treatment has a 5-year warranty. The representative told us about it and we decided to try it.
