Dominic was great but the compressor was broke so he had to wait for another truck I had to leave when I returned the next day the was no filter int the furnace and he didn’t clean the dryer vent

Your Serviceman who cleaned my carpets was very professional and answered all my questions prior to starting the process. I was very impressed with the system Zero EZ uses. The end result was very good. Being I live in an Apartment complex, the carpet is years old and even with all the normal wear from previous tenants, Zero Ez did a fantastic job lifting out the normal soil and spots. I would recommend Zero EZ to anyone and would be glad to talk to them regarding the cleaning I received.

The cleaning started and ended with no problems. Everything was explained to me so that I understood what was happening.

A tool that can shampoo along edges would be great. The main area was cleaned great, but you can see a dirty line along the walls.
