technician was very friendly and courteous, did i great job. my only complaint was that the service pricing is not well explained on the website - my oriental rugs were going to cost $800 to clean and also would need to be sent out for the cleaning, which was not explained at all on the website so we opted not to do it
Great product and service. I had very , very, dirty carpet due to a new floor furnace being replaced. Never thought I’d see my carpet this clean again. Completely amazed. The technician they sent out to do the job was great. Can’t say enough good things about him. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Fast and efficient.

It was a great promotion and we have always liked the fact that there is no dirt-attracting soapy residue. Rusty, our technician, obviously knows his job and he was able to remove dirt from traffic patterns that we never expected or thought possible...and this was on our 20 year old carpet. We are very pleased.
