I haven’t used your company in a while and went to another company because the previous technicians did a super fast cleaning after I declined all the up selling and the carpets looked terrible. I decided to try again because of the special you were having and so happy I did! Because of the technician that came to my house I will be using your company again!
Lucus and Cabe were on time. They were polite and professional and I appreciated that they wore masks and shoe covers. I was embarrassed at the amount of hair (I have two cats) that they brought to the surface! After I had vacuumed twice. Lucus explained each step in the process, which took about two hours. The guys were friendly and I liked them. Thank you for a remarkably beautiful carpet.
