My carpets came out very soft and looking clean. The only thing that was a bummer is it doesn’t SMELL clean, it kinda smelled musty. But after leaving the windows open for a few hours it was better.

We bought a used couch and the previous owners had pets and we do not so I wanted to get the smell out ASAP and make sure the couch was clean and safe for my kids to be on. I called ZeroRez and they had my appointment scheduled for the next day.

Great thorough job on carpet.

I had the ducts, tile and carpet cleaned. All came out great except for a couple areas going between tile and carpet. The carpet still seems soiled.
