My technician was very professional and courteous. He asked what I was expecting out of the carpet cleaning and then made sure I understood what he was doing and what options were available to me before he started.
My wife and I are moving into a new house and what the black light showed on the carpets made me feel 100% better about getting the carpets cleaned. I loved that there was spot cleaning for the really heavily stained areas. The final kicker was the sealant put on the carpet to help protect the carpet fibers for up to another 5 years.

I appreciated the customer service provided and the work done was great. But was disappointed that one person was sent to our job site and this was too big a job for one person. Even the technician was worn out and had to come back two more times to get the jobs done.
