Thorough in explanation of products used, time frames required, and how to care for treated carpets. Left bottle of cleaner to use without promoting expensive company products. Thank you for the clear, transparent communication from the technician of what to expect. It would have been nice to receive a call the day before with a more detailed arrival window, rather than just expecting someone within the given 4 hour window from booking.

We recently had the duct system cleaned. So very happy we chose Zerorez!! Rick was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and super clean/tidy!! Unfortunately, the power in our city went out in the middle of him cleaning so we had to schedule for him to finish. He handled it like a champ! The cost was for what they did was very reasonable. I’m looking forward to using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Zerorez found time for me on short notice. I really appreciated that. They seem very neat efficient. My carpets were soiled with dog urine and they got most of it out. There is still a little odor and I am just going to have to get new carpets eventually. But I will always recommend Zerorez and go with them myself.
