My technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned the carpet completely. The carpet was dry quickly and I was able to relocate the furniture. Several spots of concern were removed completely. I have been a Zerorez customer and certainly will remain so.

I like that they are always close to on time. The carpets looked great after. The duct cleaning was also good. The only thing I wouldn't do again would be the disinfectant spray for the ducts. That only lasted one day.

I like how quickly the work was done, that it dried quickly. Courteous workers. Carpet felt good after cleaning. Missed a couple spots that I could not see until the carpet was dry but overall happy with the work.

They did a super good job of cleaning the carpet and getting almost all of the stains out. There were two stains they didn't get out, but that was understandable: (1) probably worn carpet, and (2) crayon and/or ink in the kids room. They also cleaned my personal rug and it is amazing how bright the colors are now. They were at the FaVS Center from 9:15 - 11:12 am.
I have just one comment for future jobs: After cleaning it, the young man stuck my rug over an upside down table, to dry, so there were 4 protruding bumps in the rug, made by the legs. At home, I got those areas wet again and they are flat now. They were very pleasant to work with and gave every appearance of being caring and competent.
