Our technician (Christopher) was courteous, informative and thorough. He explained what he found in assessing our carpet and what it means for our situation. He was clear in explaining what the process is and why, Our fans were placed in locations to help with the drying process, at our request. When he was done our carpet looked great!

I've normally had a great experience with zerorez, but after our last cleaning, there are spots. We had our tiles/grout cleaned as well, but it looks worse in places.
