My husband wanted us to get a $500 vacuum and I compromised with ZeroRez and boy oh boy are we impressed!! Never tried it, only heard a million radio ads over my lifetime, I wish I would have called years ago! The Zerorez associate that came to clean the bathroom tile grout in my home was focused, polite, and respectful. The tile turned out great, and he also cleaned an upholstered recliner chair that he made look like new! I’d definitely suggest Zerorez for any such work you may have in your home.

I thought it was easy to book. I did feel that it was hard to get customer service on the phone, it was busy; but people called back right away. The cleaning service was good. The carpets took longer to dry than expected, but it was all great.
We appreciated how quickly Zerorez responded to an issue that came up. Several stains returned soon after our carpets were cleaned, and the same service man returned and without complaining worked on the stains. One wouldn't come up, but the others are much better now.
