Zero Rez was able to come out and clean my mattress that same day - a Saturday. They seem to have done a great job extracting and cleaning; so far, so good. The pet treatment left it smelling nice and clean.

The Zerorez air duct technicians arrived on time(early) in the appointment window. The tracking feature on the appointment screen gave us the exact time of arrival, good feature. The lead tech was very thorough evaluating and explaining the job of cleaning our ducts and returns. A genuinely nice, respectful person and a veteran. We support our veterans. He had a trainee with him, another nice and respectful person, a hard worker with a great attitude and smile. The interaction between the Zerorez Team showed a training situation at its best, mutual respect and interchange of ideas while evaluating and performing the service. When the job was completed, the technician showed me before and after pictures and explained further what they did to complete our job and get the best results, real quality and value. The Zerorez folks left our residence clean, left no mess.
