was quiet but was professional. Your prices have gone up quite a bit but I have not used
any other service for the last seven years so maybe that is just the going rate nowadays.

The carpet looks great! And the treatment to remove our puppy's urine spots was well worth the cost.

We did have trouble, where some of the treated areas left dark spots, but the technician came back and took care of it, and made sure we were happy before he left.

Speaking of the tech, we found him to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The young man who came to clean was very quiet and efficient, he was most understanding of my inability to thoroughly inspect his work, but as I was later able to see the results I was very satisfied. I am handicapped and lacked strength to see all his work while he was here. Believe me, it is a much happier looking carpet. Thanks.
