The first technician who arrived to clean my carpets was so abrasive, after 15-20 minutes of him trying to sell me things I didn’t want I kicked him out.

But the second technician Zerorez sent out, James W., was amazing. He was thorough, kind, and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He went above and beyond.

My rating would have been a 10 if the first technician hadn’t arrived. I’m sorry to say this, but He was a 0.

Your tech was very thorough in his work as well his ability to explain the process he used.. We have a one year old dog that had pottied more than we knew. He found it and the results were great. The carpet in the adjoining side of our duplex was filthy in one bedroom. Gone! As long as I can have the same tech next time you have my business.

The tech did seem a little uncertain about installing the bulb but did reference documentation so all ended well.

Tyler, the technician, was on time, polite, and informative. He spent more time prepping our carpet for cleaning than the previous company spent cleaning. He made sure to use the bumpers around the corners so the hoses did not scar our wood work or the walls. The cleaning products did not have or leave an odor during or after cleaning. I waited this long to give feedback to make sure none of the spots came back up after the cleaning and they have not.
Our carpets still look fresh and clean after nearly a month. We were happy with the service and the price and will definitely schedule for our next carpet cleaning with Zerorez.

The technician Chris was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Chris explained everything he needed to do and when he was done all the carpets looked beautiful and the dog urine smell was gone. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The prices are reasonable and having somebody else come to do something that I can not effectively do on my own is always worth the price!
