I have 4 dogs and 2 little ones that track in dirt an spill food/bottles on my carpets an they did an amazing job on my floors. Love there products, especially the microseal! If u have a spill simply pat up extra fluid with dry towel an then apply small bit of there cleaner to get the rest an it's all gone no more scrubbing an hassle. It's worth every penny for my situation. Only down falls i have witch is personal preference, is they are more monotone professionals rather then smile how's your day kinda professionals. And once carpet dried I noticed one room has streaks in the carpet as if small run got missed. But that beats having wet floors for 4 days or not being able to get stains up/ smells up.Will be using them again!!!

We had our living room carpet cleaned. Alex did a great job. He got 3 stains out that had been there a couple of years. The only complaint we had , was the carpet was saturated. It took a full 24 hrs for most areas to dry.

Our technician, Josh, was very personable, observant and experienced and did a good job, and kept us updated on his progress. Josh and I have similarities including long term severe lower back issues, former long-term smokers, survived severe Phenomena, and have breathing difficulties. Josh recommended a furnace air purifier for out furnace....a good idea, and it saves me much online research for room air purifiers that I was in the process of beginning. Now we have UV purified air throughout the house not just one room. Hurrah !
