The woman who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. She was meticulous and also careful to avoid damaging our piano and other large pieces of furniture. My only issue was the cost which was higher than I expected.

The person who came out to clean our upholstery was not only very professional (the sofa looks great!! And better yet - SMELLS GREAT - No puppy barf odor now at all. Anyway, she was also very respectful, wearing shoe coverings, etc, and using wall corners guards so notthing was even in danger of being left overlooked. So we look forward to same technician doing our carpets this month too ! Thank you.

We have used Zerorez for many years, usually having them clean our carpets every 6 months. Recently we had Jessie as our technician. She did such a great job! First of all she was on time, she listened to our concerns, and she was knowledgeable about the best process to use. She was able to remove puppy “stains” that hadn’t been removed before.
Jessie also cleaned an ottoman and made it look like new!
We reallly appreciated her efforts and will be sure to request Jessie for our future cleanings.

My technician, Christian Frey, was the best! My carpets were cleaned of spots and discolored areas that haven't been taken out for years, and very speedy, too!

Lucas was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but not pushy. He also made the extra effort in his work and was as happy as I was at the end. He didn’t leave until about 6:00. It was a big job (750 sq ft of white tile). In the end, the tile and grout was very clean, close to looking new like when we had it installed 15 years ago. I will definitely have these guys back and I will ask for Lucas specifically. Appreciate you…Phil Silva

They came a few days later and by the time they were through my carpets looked like new again.. Thank you guys for helping to keep my investment looking like new!

I like the people you hire to clean carpets. They are always professional and committed to do a great job. When you have a special for 3 rooms for 99 dollar, it's such a good deal, but one room and two small area rugs for 99 dollars would have not taken as much labor as it fid in our four level. I was denied my request. Your worker would have made the same money in half the time snd could have attended to other customers faster. I wish you would become more flexible including a proposal like mine. Nonetheless, I'm still happy with Alex and Zerorez.
