Travis did a good job cleaning my carpet but the stain resurfaced when carpet dried. Travis returned and used a deeper cleaning technique, which I had to pay an additional fee for, but it lifted the stain out from the pad underneath! Zerorez is my #1 choice at home, office and with other members of my family. They are fast, efficient and friendly!

They did a good job, my only feedback, is next time before booking the appointment, make sure you make it clear to the customer what you can't do. I wanted both dryer vents cleaned out but he couldn't do one of them because apparently company policy doesn't allow second story cleanings, that would have been good to know so I could have picked a place that does everything especially for the cost. I didn't get charged for what they couldn't do, but I still have to now do the same hassle process all over again, use work time to call another business and make myself available for a second day. When dealing with weekdays you need to consider that your customers are taking work time to make themselves available.

I now have peace of mind that my dryer vent and air ducts are clean and will not be subject to a fire. You hear too often of dryer vent fires. Although my home is fairly new - only 2 years old - but I’m the second owner - I now know all air paths are clean and clear. Dan did a great job and was very pleasant.
