Used the company before (several times) and liked the work that was done each time and will use them again, without a doubt. Each worker was friendly, professional and my carpet looks great. Only small issue I had was that I was not contacted before the rug cleaner got to my house, I was lucky that I already vacuumed but that is the only. little concern I had. (Next time a little heads up someone is on the way) Excellent work, however and would highly recommend Zeroez to anyone.

The technicians did a very thorough job in cleaning our carpets. They also explained in depth the procedure and billing with me.

Product and service is technician dependent and Lucas is your #1 guy. He's also the only tech that I'll use. When he cleans my house, it's done right the first time, every time. I've sorely and financially regretted booking an appt with a different tech in the past. He is kind, friendly, funny, professional, punctual and hands down the best tech you have. He deserves a promotion and to have people training under his expertise from here on out.
