ZeroRez did a fantastic job and technician was great.

As always, Zerorez has lived up to their reputation on being excellent in getting my restaurants carpets looking like new! Our carpets get a lot of foot traffic and can get pretty messy. Zerorez comes in every 5 or 6 weeks and gets them looking so good. Even the technician gets impressed on how well their products clean out the grease and food that gets worked into the fibers. The technician that came to our house was kind, polite and professional. He did such a great job. I love that my carpets are never sticky afterwards and they dry fast. I have lots of problems with allergies and the carpets are never left with smelly chemicals. I dont go anywhere else.

Nick arrived and went to work. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and what part of the carpet was important to me. He asked about some extras he could add to cleaning and was not pushy when I chose only one. He worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. When he finished he asked me to check the areas to be sure they were cleaned to my expectations. He had explained the bill prior to beginning and again after he finished so I was clear on the charges. I asked about discounts and received a senior/military discount. I am pleased with the whole event and the carpet cleaning. Would recommend Zerorez and would hire them again.

The guys who came out were very professional and polite!

The team was on time and went through every room to make sure they understood my needs. They wore their booties so as not to dirty up my house. I was most impressed that they put a tarp up over my open front door to maintain the heat. We inspected the carpets together when they were through and they offered to redo spots if I wasn’t pleased. I would totally recommend ZeroREZ for your carpet cleaning needs!! On a side note, Lucas was awesome.
