Everything perfect ! The cleaning job was done to perfection by a very nice technician. Friendly and very professional who obviously took pride in his work. He listened to my concerns.and didn't miss a detail. He was very careful around furnishings that couldn't be moved. He is a fine employee and one you should be proud to have working for your comany.

We have used ZeroRez for years, ever since we replaced our carpets. The carpets look like new when the technician is done. We had some heavy pet stains (and smell from a pet cleaning product that I had used that would not go away ). I paid for the additional pet stain treatment and it totally removed the stain and the awful smell from the product.
The technicians are very friendly and work carefully. They have never rushed in their work.
