Our carpet technician, James Bowens was outstanding. He was very relaxed and engaging and did the best cleaning job on our carpet that we have had in years. Others in the past have had to come back to fix streaks and seemed rough on the carpet. James was also quiet and quick- he did such a thorough job in a short time. Our 40 year old carpet looks like it's new. Very impressed.

I have used zerorez for many years and have always been happy with the results. I had carpets cleaned 8/19. The technician(I think his name is Jonathon) was prompt, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He offered a few options for issues I had. The work he did was great. I'm happy with the results.
