I had Breanna she was very good at her job, spoke to me about stains and how she would shampoo my carpets. She called me before coming to my Apt. and was on time, very friendly and explained everything to me and completed the job in a pretty good time frame.
Carpet looks fantastic and i could not be more pleased.

Too bad you don't sell or offer your products for those little jobs in between major cleaning jobs.
That works with smaller shampooers.

I've had Zerorez clean my carpets before and I was completely satisfied. A recent event with our dog, bad reaction to vaccination, numerous rooms were affected, it was bad! The gentleman scheduled called ahead, showed up on time and did a marvelous job on my carpets, all stains are gone. He was very polite and transparent, did a great job and I could not be happier. I will be getting my other 3 rooms cleaned sometime soon.

I had my ducts cleaned, and I appreciated the professionalism of the process. The ducts were covered with a sturdy tape while the pressurized air was forced through, rather than be removed.

Calling before arrival, friendly service people, good workmanship, leaves carpet dry. Tyler J did and excellent job and answered our questions and in some travel arears did cleaning twice

Fast friendly efficient

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They stand behind their work-- After my carpet dried, there was a 5 x 8 section where all the dirt had not extracted. They came back, treated the carpet and redid that section. It all looks amazing! I was SO impressed!
