The tech who helped me was great! She was incredibly polite, helpful in giving some guidance about what would be the best ways to spend my last few minutes of prep, and a great resource.
We have used a home carpet cleaner for decades, using various soaps. The heavy traffic areas never came completely clean. Carrying the machine up/down stairs was difficult. Now that my husband is almost 79, he decided we needed to hire someone to do this.
My friend who has sold Zerorez and used it for 30 years speaks so highly of it, that we decided to give it a try. My carpets have never looked cleaner. My only complaint is the "edge" of the stairs, leaving visible dirt there.
I also paid to have the kitchen tile grout cleaned. It was originally a light beige 35 years ago, but had turned black. I have been on my hands and knees to try cleaning it, scrubbing with various brushes, with vinegar, soda, and many soaps for years, and could not remove the black. Zerorez quickly removed most of the black. It is still black in areas where the machine was too large to get under the edge of cupboards or close enough to the appliances. It was such a great improvement, that I will ask to have that done again in the future.
I wish Zerorez had a smaller hand-held machine to clean the edges of stairs and get under cupboards and other areas too small for the large machine.

I like the cleaning process. It's always been done with care and attention to the designated areas of my home. I would like to mention that setting up appointment this time was both frustrating and confusing. Working online I ended up losing my first date and then after repeated emails/texts read I had two dates for service! This was my third year to use Zeroez so was surprised to learn my information dud not indicate this. Better communication would be appreciated in the future. I am happy with the results and the effort Tyler made to get the job done. Thank you.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They stand behind their work-- After my carpet dried, there was a 5 x 8 section where all the dirt had not extracted. They came back, treated the carpet and redid that section. It all looks amazing! I was SO impressed!
