We were quoted a price and then was charged more than double the higher estimated cost. Also, after being charged $729.00, we would have expected for our carpet to look brand new. We didn't expect miracles, but $729.00 is ridiculous!!

Alex was awesome. I hardly recognize my deep-down-dirty couch because he did such an outstanding job on it. All the carpets were beautifully done. I was exhausted when he finished and I had done nothing and he was still upbeat and happy. I don't know how he ever did it. I can't praise him enough. He deserves a raise!!!!

Earlier in the week I had a group of women here when one tipped over a bowl of blackberry jam on the carpet. Everyone gasped. I hurriedly got my bottle of Zerorez spot cleaner and their gasps turned to awe as they watched that strain magically disappear. That alone was pretty good advertizing for your company.

The first thing I noticed about working with Zerorez was the customer service. I really appreciated the scheduling people as well as our two technicians. We received phone calls to let us know how close the technicians were to coming and another call when they were on their way. Our technicians took pride in their work and wanted us to be satisfied with the service received. They were also bey friendly and helped us with advice to help keep trouble spots cleaner in the future. Out carpet looks really nice and will hopefully stay that way.
