your technicians are awesome the problem is with the scheduling and dispatch
they give times that are not met. THEY NEED TO ALERT CUSTOMERS THAT THE TECHNICIANS ARE COMPENSATED BY COMMISSION
Be more thorough the first time so we don't have to hassle with re service. Particularly on attention to detail with tile.
The gentleman that came back and cleaned a few problematic spots was excellent. He even did an extra small rug for us!

Quality, ease of business and friendliness of staff
My carpets look great and they don't feel rough or sticky. We don't like scotchguard or anything like that on them. They are nice and soft.
I thought my carpets looked wonderful except 2 places. He tried many times to clean them but the stain in front of my couch didn't come out. I also ha band the protectant put on because he said it would protect my carpets.

The tech with clean and kind. He did a great job and we did not feel like he was trying to hurry and get done so he could get out of here but neither did we feel like he was lingering too long.

I feel the carpet is cleaner and fresher with your method
The tech was very nice and did a good job, except he spilled some water by my front door and didn't wipe it up. Also, he didn't wipe up the excess pre-wash chemical that got on my real wood kitchen floor. Attention to small details would go a long way in upping customer satisfaction.
I always feel you are through and do an excellent job, however this last time as my main carpet dried in the living room a spot remained.
