Start telling the truth about how long it will actually take your carpets to dry. I think this is the fourth time we've used you, and every time, the technician says it will take 4 to 6 hours for the carpets to dry. Well, our carpets have always taken more than 20 hours to dry. This is just a little thing and I'm not upset, but I would appreciate it if we were given a more realistic time estimate.

The service rep that cleaned our carpets was on time and professional. He noted that the couch was probably a natural fiber. He said he would send another staff member out, but looking in my file about the reupholstry protectant that was used on my couch, I needed to stay with the company that did the work to keep my warranty. I'm glad your rep was honest in questioning the fabric used on my couch. Sure didn't want it ruined, if there was a question. I appreciate that. Thanks.

I love your approach to cleaning without leaving chemicals in my carpet but that alone wouldn't bring me back time and time again. It is the customer service (and especially the technician) that is the reason I decide to return or not to return. ALEX was a fantastic technician! He listened to me and worked hard to be sure I was happy and satisfied.

My mother was very very happy with whom ever you sent over the second time, he did a wonderful job and did everything that my mom requested! The carpet was not wet for long. I personally saw it for myself today, it was a lot cleaner! She was very happy, she was a little concerned with having to wet of carpet for my father but they dried very quickly! The reason I chose you guys is because I had seen someone house that your company had cleaned. Your products were environmentally safe, very, very effective and state of the art. The service technicians were so professional in manners, appearance and very friendly. They "walked" me through each step of the carpet cleaning process, which I had never experienced, beginning to end, demonstrating the unique and different method of cleaning with just water. The techs even parked on the street as to not get oil in the driveway. The use of "booties" to help keep the floors clean as possibly was also impressive. I had never seen the protective covers they used on the corners of the walls, so the hoses and cords would not be scratched. I was totally 200% satisfied and happy with the entire experience!

The carpets always look brand new and smell great. They are very efficient at getting out "mystery" stains and stains don't come back. They work quickly and carefully and have good answers to all of my questions.

Professionalism and description were great. Cleaning was fantastic.

I was very pleased with the way my carpets looked when they dried. The stains were gone and even though my stairs were pretty worn, they looked better as well. The service technician was polite and very knowledgeable.

Professional, affordable, and effective.

Communication is a major problem Too many layers "Oh you're a business we need to have you talk to someone else". Someone else is not available So I leave a message They call but I'm not available. I then call them back and no one is available I get a return call from somebody in the personal carpet but not business carpet Area. Am I dealing with the IRS? I get emails from one person and phone calls for another person and visits from another person. BUT the boys who did the cleaning were great. Frustrating, good but not great end results.

The young men who came to clean our furnace vents were on time, courteous, hard working, polite - just the type of people you are comfortable having in your home. We are delighted with the results also. There is less dust in our home and air smells fresher.

When the cleaning is done right the carpet is clean. When it is NOT done right you come redo it right!

I had a great experience with Zerorez. The customer service is amazing. You get phone calls back and forth to confirm appointments. The young man that cleaned my carpet was so helpful and did a great job. He went back to clean an area one more time that I asked him to. I really like that my carpets were not buffed. The machine that they use has a brush like a vacuum, and the cleaning is done only with hot water. I could not smell one chemical in my home. I would sure use this company again.

You don't use soap. There's no strong smell from cleaning.

That when the carpets are drying, there is no sticky feeling...just clean.

Tile cleaning is the best. Carpets are great as well.
