If going over the carpet does not get it clean the first time,please try again. No dirty carpet can be perfect again but the technician should do all they can to get it clean. If that requires an upsell, then do so. Just be transparent in the cost.

My carpets and grout are the cleanest they have ever been! My son has severe allergies and asthma, so I worry that chemical cleaners will cause him difficulty. He had no problems after Zerorez was in our home, and has even seemed to have fewer problems since the carpets are so much cleaner!

Thank you for sending someone out to help clean up the previous issue.There were a couple of things about the visit that I found unsettling however. First, I was told that the tech being sent out was a "team lead". If this gentleman was a team lead, he was not aware of it when I asked him..

Second, The tech brought in a flashlight, and when looking at the white spots which cover most of the walls surrounding the areas we previously had cleaned, and is also much of our furniture, he said that since we had only lived in the house two years, the previous owner likely had the carpets cleaned, and it was soap from whoever they had called before we moved in.. The problem there is that the house is only two years old, and we have been the only occupants. This is also the first time having the carpets cleaned. When informed of this, he looked closer and scraped some of it off the wall with his fingernail. It was then he said that it was likely "hard water" and that the machine was wither being run too hot, or the previous technician was going to fast.

He was unable to clean the spots, which we are STILL cleaning up nearly a month later. He was also unable to clean all the oil off my driveway.

I'm not sure where we go from here, other than to say I was genuinely excited about using your company and feel that the experience was extremely disappointing.

The representative/technician who came to our house, Ryan (?) was an agreeable young man. He literally walked through our areas of concern with us, gave us his insight and then got to work. He did an excellent job and was quick as well as excellent at his service. We'd like the option of choosing him every time (=

Your technician needed to slow down.He was speedily trying to finish the job and damaged my walls and missed areas of my carpet.

Service man was top notch. He worked on difficult areas to produce very good results.

A main traffic area in the family room did not get as clean as when I have had other steam cleaning companies clean the carpets. The living room carpet looked nice but the carpet was not very dirty. The technician was very friendly and respectful.

I filled out an appointment request online and somehow none of my information came through to the person who called me. Between the first time I spoke with a representative on the phone and my actual appointment date, my contanct information got changed in your system. I never received the phone call the day prior and I almost missed my appointment because of the phone number change (I have no idea where they got the phone number they had, it was not even close to my number). They even had my email address wrong and the technician had to correct it.

I could go on and on about the positive things. I've been using you guys for a while now and I'll never use anyone else. I'm in the construction and residential sales industry and whenever the topic or issue comes up - I always recommend Zerorez.

When call to set up appointment I was on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up on and had to wait on hold do 5 min to talk to someone. This is wrong to do this to customers. I called 15 min before your service called to fine out when they were expected to be at my house. That we're rood would not tell me. I have to wait 45 min for them to call. This is not good customer service. The carpet cleaner was not going to be there fo 1 hour.
The tech was top notch. He was very good. I would recommend the tech very highly. Call me if you have any more questions

Drying time was great....service person was on time.....carpet looks great....carpet feels good when you walk on it, not stiff.....just feels soft like new carpet. My steps were so dirty I really didn't think they would come clean, but they look and feel great.
