The calls updating me on the arrival of the technician was helpful. The work Das done quickly.
I purchased the pet treatment and the standard carpet cleaning. I have cleaned carpets before and was expecting better results. There are areas of the rooms that were cleaned that still smell. I also have ultra violet light of my own to check for salt stains. I know that these stains sometime cannot be removed by many carpet cleaners. but the odor can be removed. I am left wondering if the pet treatment was not applied or if it was not done correctly. And if it was why didn't it work.
You did a great job and were very friendly.
I waited all day for the technician to show up. Missed an entire day of work. I the poor technician had to pick up,someone else's job. He came from Park City and it was 530 at night

I thought he would work hard on the dog urine stains on my carpet I gave him what I thought was a large tip I guess that didn't matter.
I like that it does not leave residue or chemicals on the carpet. I also liked your 100% guarantee. I appreciate that Conner came back out and recleaned a trouble area that wicked back up. He was very nice and professional!

Servicemen are always reliable and friendly. Carpets really don't get dirty as fast as when using other cleaners. I like to "water only" concept!
I don't feel that my rug got very clean. I can see blotches and stripes of dirt. I was pretty underwhelmed with the results. I was expecting to be wowed for $150. But I really wasn't.
The second trip to our house the carpet looks almost perfect Nice work!
No smell. Carpet was fresh after the cleaning. My service man was polite and let me know what he was doing every step of the way.

Alex is a very knowledgeable technician. He went over all he was going to do before starting the work. He was very courteous and pleasant
all during the time on the job. All i can say is the carpets were cleaned above my expectations and the service rendered by Alex was super.

Very Pleased. Carpets looked like new.We have dogs and cats that live in the house and when it was done the whole house smelled very fresh. The carpet was almost dry by evening.

I am very disappointed with the result. The machine broke while the technician was there, so he finished on his knees with the stair cleaner. The middle of the living room look awful, you can see exactly where he cleaned and the spots in between that were missed.
I have called trying to reschedule and was told the earliest I can have it re-done is next Tuesday, 11/24. My house has been torn up since Tuesday 11/17, I am not happy about having to wait so long. Both rooms do not need to be re-done, just the center section of the living room.
I have waited a long time to you use service, and this is not the result I expected. The commercials just rave about you.

For the most part my carpets came out very good, especially for the age and amount of wear and tear on them. The technician was easy to get a hold of to talk about my carpets and the process.
