Didn’t get our carpets as clean as other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past.
The technicians were great and very polite. The staff setting up the appointment and the follow up was very professional too.
The technician mentioned the edges were hard to get when transitioning from carpet to hardwood. It left a visibly noticeable difference, like a dark frame around the newly cleaned carpet. Other than that the job was well done.
Carpets come clean and dry quickly. Customer service is good, too, keeping us informed of technician’s arrival.
Thorough evaluation and no pressure
The carpet was still wet in spots 20 hours later.
I was called and told the carpet cleaner would be done in 45 minutes and was in the Sandy area already.
I left work to make it home, so I would be there in the allotted time. I waited an additional 45 minutes and called to see when he would be coming. I was put on hold and then told he had additional work at the previous house, but he was now on his way. I needed to go back to work and I would have appreciated a courtesy call letting me know why I was waiting so long.
My carpets look great, but I am disappointed that I still can’t get my house back in order.
Some areas of the carpet still show stains that I thought would come up. I used your firm perform and had great results.
I love that it has no chemicals or soaps. The service was Excellent and my carpets look great!
The carpet was not completely cleaned and so they are having to come back and re-clean. We paid a lot of money and I was expecting the carpet to be clean as usual. We have only had zerorez clean our carpets. Just a hazle having them to come back.
The person that did my carpets was very efficient. He went to work as soon as he had explained the process and had answered my questions. My carpets were very dirty and they look really nice now.
I have had you do my carpets several times. Usuall, they are very clean. This time the heavy dirt areas were not as clean.I probably waited too long. The areas that were only lightly dirty are like new!Technician very nice and helpful. Fast and efficient.
Very friendly, prompt and professional service. My carpets were EXTREMELY dirty and the technician did a fantastic job of cleaning them. I was updated frequently on when my technician would arrive which was very helpful. Price was excellent and the technician did not try to upsell me

The technician who came was very nice, very friendly and I enjoyed him in my home. He was careful to leave my hardwood floors wiped up and treated my home with care.
The issue I have is with the quality of work. I felt he rushed through the cleaning very quickly and did not do a thorough job. When he sprayed the protectant on I had to ask him to Go back over again and cover all the areas of the stairs not just the steps. Once it dried there are areas that are still not clean to my liking. I plan on calling and having your company come back again within the 30 day period.
The biggest problem is cost vs. results. Zerorez is considerably more expensive than other companies I’ve used but i was willing to pay extra for extra good results. Unfortunately, i feel like my couch still looks dirty in high traffic spots. Certain stains still remained as well.
In the past have always done a good job
I like that the carpet is fully clean when the technician leaves and that the technician was careful to listen to my concerns and instructions.

we had two houses cleaned last week and were very pleased with the way both houses turned out. Both guys were on time and did a wonderful job. My carpets look like new again and I can't believe how well my tile looks.
