The cleaning has always been excellent. During this last service, the tech rubbed the hose on a corner (without the guard) and took a chunk out of my baseboard. After calling in, I sent a photo of the damage to the service representative and never heard back on it. Disappointed no one followed up.
It left our house feeling so clean, dried quickly and did not use a bunch of chemicals! The guy they sent out was very professional and got the job done right! He did our whole townhome in 1 hour!
We have 20 year old carpet. Every time it is cleaned it looks new. Great quality service.

Excellent work and results!
We wanted 3 steps done . I was told it was not in the contract., so they did not get done. If we want to add anything to the contract, let me know the cost and add it. We thought that these three steps were part of a room. We will be more detailed in what we want next time.
We had the couch cleaned, but the areas like the sides of the cushions are still dirty. A little more attention to detail. The couch also has lines left on it, you can see every stroke of the vacuum. I hope you have a way that this can be improved.
It's not my favorite that you guys have a minimum square footage in order to book an appointment. Even when it's $29/room, it still ends up costing over $100. Also, my technician walked around the newly cleaned floor in his sneakers, and didn't put any booties on.

I like the way my carpet looks after the tech has completed the service. And I have specifically asked for Isais to do the cleaning. He is always pleasant and courteous, and I have confidence in his work, too.
I feel like whatever the 'magic potion' is in the cleaning solution, it works! For quite a few years I used another cleaning company, but when they couldn't remove one certain spot/stain on my living room floor - even after coming out a second time to specifically work on it - I called on Zerorez for the first time. The spot/stain was removed and the carpet looked great. We're still having that same carpet cleaned each time, and it still cleans well and looks nice afterward.
No residue! Plus, we just had a great technician (Isaias) clean our carpets and they look fabulous!
I was just surprised at how wet my floors were after. I thought Zerorez used less water than other carpet cleaners. They told me it would take 6-8 hours to dry and it was more like 24+.
I think they are ok.
From beginning (phone call) to end (billing etc) and the service in between, Zerorez was professional, prompt, friendly and effective. Our carpets look great. Thank you all!
I have been very happy with the services from Zerorez and i have told others about you. The Technic, was very good about explaining things. The only think I was disappointed in, he didn't do the landing at the bottom of the stairs and I would have appreciate it if he would have explained there was a extra charge for that. Other then that, he did an excellent job.
It did take a second trip to get the pet stains out, but very professional, fast and efficient.
Professional, excellent communication, no surprises...Will definitely use again.
