The impression I was given was that my travertine grout would look "like new". It does not look like new, and I found several spots that I had to ask the service people to try to improve.
Communication & customer service by the technicians was very good.
It would be really nice, being the 1st appointment of the day, to have an exact time of arrival--or at least a 30 minute window rather than a 3 hour window.
Better scheduling arrangements. Never got a call and had to call myself to see when they were coming. They were suposed to call 30 minutes before coming and didn't. You wanted me to give 48 hours for cancelation but didn't give me 48 hours notice as to the time of day you were coming. I had to try to hold a full day open waiting for you to call. Never got a call so I ended up calling.
The carpet had not been cleaned for several years but cleaned up very nicely and dried within a few hours. The workers arrived on time and worked very well. The only criticism I have is that some paint on a door frame/trim was scraped off by a blue hose the workers used.
The carpet technician was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He carefully covered corners and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet looked great! Thanks!
The heavy traffic areas didn't get clean. No explanation was given to us suggesting a reason. The cleaning didn't live up to the recommendations.
The spot we had on the carpet where someone had been sick (throw up) had some sort of baking powder (made for carpets) type stuff put on it for smell. I had hoped that it would have come out better. Perhaps this stuff does not come out well w/ any cleaning. I had expected more - especially since the other areas look so great.
I thought your price was pretty high. I would have had more areas cleaned in my house had the price been better.
However my hall and stairs look great and I am happy w/ that. These traffic areas are the heaviest traffic areas in the house.
everytime I get my carpets cleaned by zerorez there really is no soap or residue left and the carpet feels clean
The cleaning left a new spot on my sofa, and when someone tried to fix it, it appears as if they may have damaged the fabric. The cushion cover may have to be replaced, which I think zerorez should take care of. I also think that a portion of what I paid should be refunded for my inconvenience.
Fast and friendly service
I like that the carpet dried quite quickly and that it wasn't crisp after it dried. I also liked how friendly and helpful your workers were.
My carpet is still damp after two days and that is not acceptable to me.

I was very disappointed in the online reservation and quote system you have set up. I signed up for everything I wanted cleaned to include upholstry. The quote I was given online was approx. $350. When the tech. arrived and did a walk through the quote went to over $800. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. I wanted to send him packing, but as I'm sure you figured, I had him do just a portion of what I wanted cleaned, which was still well over $400. You need to be upfront with upholstry cleaning costs, otherwise why have them as a part of the onlinde estimate. I will not recommend you to anyone as I don't believe you were upfront and honest with me. No one likes to be taken advantage of. As far as the cleaning job, it was fine, no better or worse than anyother company I've had do the job.
Seems like the best process for carpet cleaning. I called one morning and they were able to come that afternoon. Great Service!
He showed up on time, was friendly, and got out dirt and stains that have been left by other carpet cleaners!
I liked the extra care that was given, such as, shoe booties worn by the service person. The protection corner guards placed at corners where the hoses were being pulled around the rooms.
The Service person took the time to explain the procedure that was being used and to point out the difference's between Zerorez services and other carpet cleaning companies.
Most importantly, the service person was very friendly, knew what he was doing and looked as if he really took pride in his work.
Next time our carpets need cleaning---It's ZEROREZ at this home!

Product=Excellent. I've known about you since 2000 but have never needed to arrange my own carpet cleaning until last year. We went with a local company that was $20 less than you. When they left I couldn't even tell the carpet had been cleaned. The extra $20 we paid this year to go with Zero rez was worth it!!! The carpet looks as good as it did when it was installed 3 years ago.
Service=not the best.
We were told the guy would be at our house 2-5pm. He called at 11, I wasn't able to answer and 10 minutes later he was out my house. My wife was still cleaning and folding laundry. She scrambled as fast as she could. Also it was moments before she had to pick the kids up from school. Due to this rush the cleaner didn't have enough time to cleary explain additional serves. She thought the carpet protection was only an additional $20, but it was $120...this we were not happy about...at all. While my wife admits she must have misunderstood him, he never repeated the price. We'll think twice before we agree to additional services next time.
I like the fact that you don't use soaps to clean the carpet. It's nice to know that the dirt will not come back from the residues left in the carpet.
Clemente did a great job of explaining the expenses and services and he went the extra mile in helping us get some furniture shifted around. The carpet looks new. We are very pleased. It was expensive, but worth it.

The carpets looked amazing when I got home after having them cleaned! I had an awful berry smoothie stain on the carpet that he was able to lift right up and I can't even tell it was there! The carpet was completely dry the same day as the service. I sure love Zerorez!

The carpet that was cleaned is a good one but very old. It was cleaner after Zerorez did their cleaning than a couple of different cleaners which had previously cleaned the same carpet.
Very friendly service. Very informative and helped direct me to the best service. I was very happy that I serviced my air ducts. They were really dirty. All my spots were removed. Very Happy!
Nothing. They came on time (love it!) and did a fantastic job. Very thorough. It is just a bit pricey.
