I only had a little tiny area of carpet cleaned in an entry way cleaned and the cost was more than I felt it should have been. I called the office to discuss with management and left a message but didn't receive a call back. I did call back again today and spoke with an office manager and she explained minimim pricing, etc.

We are very pleased with the work that was done... carpets and furniture. We got your technicians name and will have our carpets done every 6 months from now on, and will give you a call to do my companies carpets as well. Your guy did a fantastic job and went way beyond our expectations in service and freiendliness.
Compared to BOSS your carpet stayed wetter longer and they used furniture leg protectors.
The technician was professional, sold well, matched the quote, and let me know what was happening and how. The carpets seemed to be cleaned and looked much better after the cleaning. There were no promises of the moon, just reality and that is what I got and I appreciate. The tech called before arriving and the office was able to answer all of my questions prior to his arrival. Great support, and service. I would put a 10 but this is the first time to use zerorez and I haven't seen the carpets two weeks out....
You could ask customers if they have any coupons before they pay for the service. This way there won't be any issues with customers calling and saying they forgot to apply their survey coupon to the payment.
Rick and Austin were very professional and friendly. Rick "walked" me through the process and format he would use. We discussed the special areas that I needed to have him work on. I heard your ad on 105.7 "Talk Radio." Rod Arquett had previously had your company visit his home. Everything he said about the service was corret.
Easy people to deal with. Jordan was personable and professional.
We had a little glitch in the functioning of the wand which resulted in a return visit. That cleared the problem after Jordan did some sleuthing and explained it fully to us.
The vehicle was really loud - sound muffler needed?

We have just gotten a quote for service and the rep was excellent.
My carpet took 3 days to dry. The guy was great and took the time to try and clean the carpet but when it came time to spray the carpet protector it took LESS than 30 seconds for 2 rooms and it was $80. I can still see stains and it still smells....:( And it was $200
This was my first time in 12 years as a home owner ever getting my carpets professionaly cleaned. Yesterday I got my carpets cleaned and most of the spots were gone. I say most because there are 3 or 4 areas that look like it didn't even get cleaned. We left our house as soon as the tech finished and came back about 4 hours later. I am just disapointed that I spent over $200 for it not to look clean. Next time I will just rent a "rug doctor" and do it myself.
I had new carpet installed throughout the house three years ago and this was the first time I had had them cleaned. The carpets look good and it didn't take FOREVER for them to dry.

You did a good job. My only complaint when I called to have you come back because of spots, it was two days and then I had to call you.
Jim came to do a no obligation estimate and was respectful & knowledgeeble and did a great job! I am bidding out the work & will compare your spot cleaning with other companies. Your prices seem a little high, but the $79 special is a good way to try out your service. I would have prefered mixing the enzymes &/or degreaser in the entire solution to get a more even application & better results. Your suction could be improved by create more airflow in your wand. Thanks! ;-)
Got out some very bad stains but best of all the carpet wasn't like a marshland when the rpresentative left.
customer service was great and quality of cleaning was fantastic!
The technician who came was great, I just don't like the pricing. I think the extra charge of $3 per step is a little steep. Most people need their stairs cleaned on a regular basis, and would appreciate it if you just counted stairs as a room. I also thought the protectant spray was steep. About $5-10 per room sound resonable.
I would also appreciate more information on how the protectant works. There's great information about your cleaning on your website, but not much on the protectant. How is it different from soap residue, which you want us to avoid? Can I just buy a can of scotch guard and do it myself?
If you really want to help people extend the life of their carpets, make it more affordable. If you had better prices, I'd be more likely to recommend you, but most of my friends don't feel they can afford this kind of service for your prices.
The only thing that I would have liked was to have it be less expensive. :)
Our carpets were so clean and dried quickly. Rick was amazing!! He did a very thorough job and let us know what he was doing and why he was doing it. Plus, he had great tips and suggestions for us. He was such a pleasure to work with!
