What started out to be questionable, very late for scheduled window time and no phone call to explain what happened until I made the call to the CS line. Everything explained and new time scheduled, which the technician was right on time.

Carpets looked great after cleaning. They dried quickly. Kevin Hunter was very professional, yet personable. He did a good job of training a new technician (James?), who also did a very good job. Appreciated how careful they were to protect wall corners and hardwood floors.

I really appreciated the carpet analysis to determine the best plan for cleaning the carpets. The communication was good but the time management not so great. The calls kept coming to give me timing updates but the time kept getting pushed back and made me late for my afternoon appointments.
