Kevin was prompt,professional and engaging. He made sure we had no questions before starting the cleaning. He also asked for locations of problem areas and found a few others with aid of a black light, to ensure thorough pre treat and cleaning of the problem areas. I really appreciate his willingness to explain the entire process and ways to maintain the carpet until next cleaning (in the next 6 to 8 months) We set up a reminder so Zerorez will call to set up the next appointment

We hadn't had our carpets cleaned professionally in 16 years. Our master bedroom was stained badly from our dogs sleeping next to our bed. When Jordan finished, the carpets looked almost brand new.
