We have grandchildren visit and two large breed dogs that live with us. It is good to know that there are no harsh chemicals or lingering detergents in the carpet when they are cleaned with the Zerorez method. The carpets dried a lot quicker than when we had them cleaned with other methods. They also sent Eraclio back to redo one small area that needed an extra treatment to capture the dirt. Great service!
