I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and my carpets have never looked this good or clean. There is no weird crunchy feeling and carpets look and feel soft. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable & explained the process in great detail so I knew up front what he was goig to do and how it was being done. I am very happy and will definitely use again and recommend to my family and friends.

On time, efficient, carpet dried quickly and wasn't "crunchy"

Everything went great! Most of the carpet and tile looks fantastic. Tec was, profesional, very nice and did a great job. Only suggestion is that some rooms and bathrooms are smaller than others and sq.ft. gets to be a point of contention. There was also a couple stains that didn't look like they even came out.

My carpets feel and looked excellent. Like new again!
