This was our first time using your service. Kevin and E, the technicians, informed us about the process and discussed the options available to address our concerns. We've had our carpet for 7yrs, and up until 6months ago, we had 2 small dogs. One wears a diaper! Now we have one dog, and we just adopted 2 kittens. We called Zerorez because the kittens did not use the litter box. They went to the bathroom on the carpet. I immediately called Zerorez, who I've heard about on the radio, and they were able to come out that day. I wanted them to address the area the kittens used for their litter box. They used a black light (i think) to look at the carpet throughout the entire house. I could not believe the amount of urine that showed up on my carpet. I'm not kidding when I say that I was speechless! The number of old urine spots was shocking. I've cleaned them up over years but I had no idea it was that many spots. I was also surprised how bad it was because I have my carpet cleaned every 9month to year from a competitor. I tired Zerorez because I was not happy with the last 2 services I had received from the other company. Needless to say, we cleaned the entire house and you could see immediate results. Specifically in the high traffic areas. I could also see that some of the older urine spots from my dogs were gone. The litter area only had 2 spots because the kittens are now in kitty boot camp in the bathroom. We'll have them back for our next cleaning and I be curious to see how the cleaning holds up and what the black light shows for the next cleaning.

Jacob did a great job of cleaning my carpet. It is an older carpet that was heavily soiled, but he was able to make it look a lot better.

Jacob took care of our rugs yesterday and did a very thorough job on all my area rugs. I had one wool rug with heavy traffic stains which he was able to lighten up very well. Very satisfied.
