The carpets in our house are pretty old and after your service they look and feel like new.
I also really liked the way the way the service man did his job. He was friendly and new his job in explaining what he was going to do to make the carpets look their best.

Technician arrived on time, which was great! He did a great job - offered suggestions, did what he said he was going to do, and did a great job. I asked about a couple of items not originally asked for, and he was able to do them with no problem. Went to work and continued until job was done. I was very pleased. Original trouble spots are gone! Carpet looked great upon completion, as well as the grout in the tiled bathrooms.

Our technician was cordial, efficient and thorough. Graciously touched up a couple spots which didn't look quite clean (we have weird tile with built in dirt patterns so it can be difficult to judge).

We were disappointed that Zerorez can't clean the last couple inches next to the edge.

I like the fact that you use a citrus based concentrate before the agitation process. I know from other processes how clean it rinses. Smells good too. Especially after it dries completely. I had an email into your company mentioning that it smelled like an apartment. I was only trying to describe it. As it dried, it smelled more like citrus and even better after a couple days. Must have been prior chemicals or concentrates being reactivated. It is 20 year old carpet, after all. Definitely cleaner and fresher than any other cleaning I've had done, in as many years.
