Both service reps were professional and knowledgeable. They inspected the carpets and furniture prior to beginning the cleaning process and explained additional findings along the way. Our technician was great!

Our carpet was cleaner, softer, more original color, and smelled better after the carpet cleaning service.
The microfiber couch was also cleaner, nearly spotless, had better color and had tighter cover resulting in firmer seating. Unfortunately, lines were left in the cloth, but they may ease over time.

Great communication and wonderful technician

Great customer service from Kevin. He was very polite, hard-working, and fast with the service. And I loved how the cleaning did not leave a strong chemical smell afterwards. I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and I have to be very careful with the chemicals I come into contact with. Zerorez did not trigger an autoimmune response therefore I will most likely use them again.
