Technicians are friendly, engage in conversation and let the customer know about the process without upselling. The Zerorez cleaning system seems to be very efficient and the carpet dried quickly even though it is the winter season and the house is not as warm as during the spring and summer months.

Everything was first class. Professional technician, explained pricing and extra options. Took precautions to not damage furniture or other flooring. Carpet was really dirty, and over 20yrs old - looks as good as new. So happy we could get them to come up to our rural area!!
