Kevin was exemplary in his knowledge and service. Time will tell if the treatments hold up as promoted. This was the most expensive carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced, so as long as the pet stains don't come back up right away, it will be money well spent. If the stains reappear within a few months, then I will most likely be removing the carpets and replacing with laminate or vinyl planks at the end of the year. I would have preferred to give a review after seeing how the carpet looks in a few months, but I'm growing weary of e-mail reminders.
