My carpet had not been cleaned since I moved in on 2003. The materials the technician used to bring up all the dirt and oil worked very well. The carpet looks so much better than it did before he came. I am scheduling an appointment for him to come back in three months to bring up even more dirt and oil.

Very high quality with ... as the name says ... Zero Rez and Zero Perfume! First time in my decades of having carpets cleaned that I didn't have to open all the windows and doors, then turn the whole house fan on high for several hours, to get the stink out. The competent and personable team removed ancient stains that several other companies were unable to do. They even cheerfully returned to touch up the only persistent spot and succeeded. Absolutely will call on them again to remove the stains I generate. Have already raved about ZeroRez to my neighbors.

The guys were on time, courteous and professional. When they first looked at the heavily stained carpet, the first thing they said was, "I don't know.. I haven't seen a carpet this badly stained."
Got me worried, but they started in and an hour later the results were nothing short of amazing! Restored the carpet to near new condition! The service techs were really surprised how well the carpet responded to the cleaning. Great job guys!
