Senior technician, Jordan, was outstanding and resolved my husband's and my complaints.

Jordan took time to really clean grout and worked on stubborn carpet spots that were missed. The grout and tiles are ALL clean and look new - I was previously told that since they had never been professionally cleaned, the stains would not come out - not so, it took a lot of effort but it worked. The carpet areas that Jordan worked are much improved; he also explained things in detail.

I am requesting to schedule Jordan for all future jobs. Experience matters.

Its fast, clean and the results speak for themselves. We have alway loved the service and care the techs provide. They are extremely sensitive to my family needs and consciously work around the areas to keep the pets comfortable. The noise levels are kept at a minimum but no compromise on quality of service. We highly recommend zerorez to everyone especially folks with sensitive pets.

The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He did a great job and explained everything he did. It was a great job and dried quickly. He also used fans to help dry the carpet quicker.

We had a another appointment with our favorite technician, Anthony, who represents Zerorez in our community. He came back to do two rugs that I had been nervous about having anyone clean, but after seeing how great they did the rest of my home, I trusted them with my favorites! Once again, he did fabulous work. He was just as meticulous about the pillows that we also had requested cleaning for our outdoor furniture and we are ready for Spring now. Great attitude, great punctuality, great service and communication. We cannot speak highly enough about this company and their product. We are really blown away by the beautiful scent, the beautiful work and how clean our home looks because of their products . The customer service has been excellent and we highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Zerorez Products cleaned my rugs and bed mattress stains to a point where they looked brand new even after 15 years of wear and tear. Anthony, the cleaning technician, did a thorough and detailed cleaning job.

We were so impressed with ZeroRes and our technician Anthony! Service was great feom appointment setting to reminders for our appointment. They were terrific about letting us know day and keeping us alerted to his arrival. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He took great care and respected our home. The results are the most fabulous - sparkling and refreshed! Love the clean smell and we are ready for Spring! Highly recommend. The rep who came to do the cleaning was nice curtious and did a great job at cleaning my sofa. He was able to answer all my questions and the end result was great. Also they were able to come out to my house on short notice which was good.
