The last crew you sent was terrific
Easy process to make appointment and have everything confirmed. Technician that came out was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Technician advised us of our choices and let us make our decision. Technician worked hard, did a great job, really pleased with the outcome of the cleaned carpets. Charged us at the end and the payment process went well too. Overall just a great job!

A trainee performed the services and I find no problem with the job he did. My only suggestion has to do with his supervisor who found an error in the trainee's price adjustment. The error was minor and the supervisor was not as professional as I would expect and blamed it on the trainee. Yes, it was likely a minor trainee error, but fault should not be made obvious to the customer.
