I love the product and service, but the price is a little high. It was over $500 to clean 3 bedrooms and the hall, and the technician was only here about 1 1/2 hours. He wasn’t able to totally clean all the traffic areas either.

The technician, Kevin, was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about carpet care, how to get the stains out of my carpet, and what I needed to do to prevent more stains in the future. Even days after he has left, the carpet looks like brand new and no stains have come back. I have used another company and the stains came back within a day or two. I will always use these guys! Highly recommend.
Eliminated pet odor without harsh chemicals
Kevin was our service person. He was outstanding!! He was the best carpet cleaner we have ever had. Taught us a lot about carpet care that no one in past from other companies did. Plus he did the best cleaning we have ever had, not to mention he was super friendly. My Son Chris Brown referred us to you guys and now I know why.
The young lady I talked to for the appointment was also very friendly, efficient and gave us a discount because of the Family referral. She was excellent, so from start to finish you get a gold star 10. You now have two new customers, my Son and now us.

Cleaning ended up being about 3 times the cost I thought- but i think it was worth the extra services we got re: pet stains and reconditioning of the carpet.
