I like that the carpet is always clean but not soggy with water. However the office is booking appointments to close together so that my cleaner did not arrive until 5:15 and it;s hard to see the floor and spots in the darker sunlight.

Shaun was very professional and was able to remove old stains and newer ones, plus the drying time was less than I have previously experienced. He cleaned areas that hadn’t been done in a long time by other companies. I will use your company again!

I can't say enough about Kevin, he was very knowledgeable friendly and professional and explained every step to be cleaned to me. I thought he would never get all the spots that i had on my stairs, hallway, office and master bedroom, he said no problem i said okay with some hesitation, well when all was said and done there was not one spot on white carpet it look absoulutly refreshed and new. Zerorez has some great products and 100% I will be using both Kevin and Zerorez again and recommending Zerorez to any one that needs to have there carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and hardwood cleaned.

This is my third time using Zerorez. Kevin H my Zerorez technician called before driving to my house and arrived as scheduled. He asked me questions about the work and areas I wanted cleaned and explained thoroughly the process and what he recommended I inquired about the tile & grout cleaning and I asked him to do my laundry room tile so I could see how it looked...it looked fantastic and I will probably have the rest of the tile in the house cleaned next time. The rooms smelled fantastic and looked amazing considering the condition they were when Kevin arrived. I will definitely call Zerorez for my next service and request Kevin!

Nice carpet cleaner came to my home. We weren’t sure our carpet could be cleaned. It hasn’t been cleaned in 17 years!

Also, in one of our bathrooms the grout was so bad! I’ve been trying to clean that for as many years. In 5 minutes that grout was perfect! Now I know who to call!!
