Our technician explained the service and pricing. Kevin explained which product would work well to help protect the sectional. We have five children and a large dog and had not had it cleaned. It looks so good now! He did a great job and I recommend the company.

Zerorez is an incredible company with a kind, compassionate staff! I had a disastrous situation in which a dog ran inside my house and spread diarrhea all over my new light colored carpet. Zerorez came out to my house the same day I called and brought my carpet 'back to life'! The lead technician, Jordan Perez, was optimistic, yet honest, about getting the stains out of my carpet. He said he would try his best in a calming, reassuring manner. He was very successful and I have nicknamed him my favorite 'carpet whisperer'! Zerorez will have my business the rest of my life! I have already recommended Zerorez to several of my friends. I also love that Zerorez uses a cleaning process which includes a non-toxic, water based cleaning agent which is safe and effective.
