The technician, Kevin, was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about carpet care, how to get the stains out of my carpet, and what I needed to do to prevent more stains in the future. Even days after he has left, the carpet looks like brand new and no stains have come back. I have used another company and the stains came back within a day or two. I will always use these guys! Kevin was our service person. He was outstanding!! He was the best carpet cleaner we have ever had. Taught us a lot about carpet care that no one in past from other companies did. The young lady I talked to for the appointment was also very friendly, efficient and gave us a discount because of the Family referral. She was excellent, so from start to finish you get a gold star 10. You now have two new customers, my Son and now us.

Cleaning ended up being about 3 times the cost I thought- but i think it was worth the extra services we got re: pet stains and reconditioning of the carpet.

The tech, Andrew, was very polite and professional. There is no doubt ZeroRez does good quality work. I used them in 2020 and had an excellent experience with the owner, who was the tech that day. The pricing I got this time was outstanding and significantly better than 2020. The key is to take advantage of promotional pricing usually offered during wetter/raining weather.
I called them again in 2022 to have them come back again to do the exact job at the same price but got a pricing run-around, "Bait and Switch" scheme from their inside sales person Rose. There pricing model depends on up-pricing you once they get there as many reviewers have noted on their yelp. I found it annoying and went with a different company that also did professional, quality work. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM JUST BE COGNIZANT OF THE UP-SELL PRICING MODEL.

Cleaning process thoroughly cleans a carpet and they feel dry by early evening (after supper). Cost is reasonable.
