Via your website I was able to pick day, time window and cleaning options and received confirmation soon after. Received reminder with confirmation the day before and a call from technician 30 minutes before arrival. Kevin was very kind and quick. I only had small job this time but will definitely use them again.

I also had a very short turnaround time before I needed the rooms usable which is why I used this company in the first place.

Kevin H was an excellent service representative. He was very polite, informative on what he was doing explaining the process in an understandable way. Our rugs not only look great but feel great to walk on again.

Our carpets look new again...not bad for a 30+ year old carpet! All stains were removed by experienced and friendly staff.

Jordan came to clean and seal tile and grout. Unfortunately he had a problem on his truck and had to call for technical help, so project took longer. He finally was able to complete the cleaning of our tile ( a big job ) and will be returning to seal the grout tomorrow, Expensive, but a good investment and I know Jordan does his best, Customer Service is a priority and how one deals with the clients. Recommend Jordan for any future jobs....

The rugs are dry in a day and they are clean. I have called them back to redo some difficult spots and they were extremely accommodating. They are not here all day, they work quickly. They arrived on time and called prior to tell me they were coming. I was extremely satisficed!

Like the way the rug dried quicker than usual. I usually get my rug cleaned in the summer with the warmer weather. But here on January 29 it was cleaned and dried well. I did not want to wait till June and I didn't have to! Kevin gave very good service. Rug looks great...

Great service. Kevin was here when he said he would be. Cleaned three rooms with each included trouble spot due to a large dog. Kevin was a professional yet friendly . My carpets look great and smell better. We have tried other services and this company is the very best. We feel very please with the service and thank you again Kevin.

Kyle my rep. was very professional and had a very friendly and positive attitude. He called to let me know he was heading my way. He explained the advantages of Zerorez and actually encouraged me to watch the dirt and pet stains being lifted out of my soiled carpet. I was impressed!!! He was so excited about the results and really took pride in what he did. I’ve been in sales and working with the public for almost 40yrs. Kyle exemplified an individual who really takes pride and his work, and truly cares and believes in customer satisfaction. True 5 Star service! Kyle met and exceeded all my expectations. He even cleaned my small throw mat for free, so that I’d have a clean carpet to step on getting in and out of my bed. Now that’s service. Very rare these days.
