The products left no residue, dried quickly and had no noticeable smell. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. We added the carpet protectant because Sean and Gabriel informed us of the benefits and less need to clean as frequently. They arrived on time and did a great job. I've had ZeroRez out a few times, and as always, the carpets come out very nice. This last time, I think it was Gabriel that cleaned them. I asked him to spend special attention to the walk-ways, the traffic areas, as I have a light colored carpet. And he did, so again they came out very nice and clean, so I will call for ZeroRez to clean them again when it is time. I've also recommended them to relatives and friends.

Friendly service, great products !

The man who cleaned my carpets, his name was Gabriel, was respectful, clean cut, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and did not seem in a rush to get the job done quickly so he could leave. He took care to clean the floor and each time he left to get a different hose or something, he put on plastic covers on his shoes when he returned to continue cleaning so as not to bring in outside dirt onto my clean carpets.
I also appreciated his call prior to my appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive.

I like that the carpets aren't left sopping wet for days, I love that there is no chemicals used that other companies use. I love the way the carpets don't have any peculiar order and they dry so quickly and take out stains I never thought would be gone. And they don't reappear after the carpet dries like other cleaners do.

Gabrielle and others are so detailed and thorough when cleaning my carpets. The service is excellent every time and my carpets stay clean for months.

The technician Tony was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, personable and went above a beyond. He took time with trouble areas and set fans to speed the drying. We had a less positive experience with zerorez last year but decided to give you one more chance this year. Tony made the difference! Very clean and made our carpets look new. Technician was very informative and worked well. Appreciated the plastic booties he left us so we didn't walk on the just cleaned carpets.

You are willing to return to eliminate spots

I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of your technian, John. He answered all my questions and his suggestions of handling some dificult stains were not "pushy" or demanding that I buy. He was very open as to what may work an the posibility of what would not. One stain in particular was remoed at first, but has coome back which I was told could be a possibility. Looks like I have to do an additional treatment of that area.

All in all, Zeroz has always been a pleasant experience for me and I have used their services for years.

Very satisfied with the result except for the one spot which I knew could be a problem.

Looking forward to having Zerorez back. Love the fast drying time, no odor and the clean feel of the carpet.
