The guys that came over were very professional and helpful with answering my questions. They did their best to clean my worn carpets. The only thing that was a little off-putting was the selling additional products and services before cleaning my carpets began. It may be better to find out the condition of my carpets and what they could do for me, then give me the recommendations of what I really need. That would be better to me then feeling that I hired a salesperson to clean my carpets. But I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. I don't think I have ever seen my carpets as clean as they were able to get them, without soap, it looked as good as a worn carpet could. Thanks. - I heard of your company on the Armstrong and Getty radio show.

Nice experience this time compared to the last time Zerorez was used to clean carpets - that person did not do as thorough a job and was not ad knowledgable (perhaps he wad new).
