Service was great--on time, respected my home. As to products--I don't know what to say about plain water. Other than it gets things clean. The last time you came out--a couple of years--ago, it took 2 weeks for my carpets to dry. I'm happy to report that this time they were dry in 24 hours. YAY!
Your employees were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. As a single young woman, I often am concerned in these types of situations that it may be uncomfortable to be around what is predominantly male workers, but they were very professional and polite and put my mind at ease. Also, in areas that just needed minimal cleaning, it did dry very quickly and without that crunchiness that I was hoping to avoid!
