Excellent service and product. Marco and Antonio called in ahead and arrived on time. They were very professional, organized, and efficient. They provided me with information regarding our carpet and information regarding Zerorez's additional products for consideration, but they were not "pushy." Our heavily pet/soiled carpet came out great; the cleaning exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
