The guys that came over were very professional and helpful with answering my questions. They did their best to clean my worn carpets. The only thing that was a little off-putting was the selling additional products and services before cleaning my carpets began. It may be better to find out the condition of my carpets and what they could do for me, then give me the recommendations of what I really need. That would be better to me then feeling that I hired a salesperson to clean my carpets. But I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. I don't think I have ever seen my carpets as clean as they were able to get them, without soap, it looked as good as a worn carpet could. Prompt; knowlegable and honest in appraisal of carpet condition; made recommendations to improve overall results without pressure; up front on costs per room and any additional treatment options. Nice experience this time compared to the last time Zerorez was used to clean carpets - that person did not do as thorough a job and was not ad knowledgable (perhaps he wad new).

Carper dried up in a decent time. Chemical smell was not too strong. Cleaned very well.

Carpets dried very nicely and looked great. We had had carpets cleaned a few months ago by another company that we thought used only steam for cleaning. Although the carpets looked great and, like Zerorez, dried without crunchiness, there was a lingering chemical odor that bothered us for a few days. With Zerorez, there was no odor, just fresh, clean carpet.
The topical pet odor treatment was expensive, $45 per room on top of the $33 per room cleaning charge. We didn't feel that the treatment was worth the extra cost. As the carpet dried, the odors returned. Zerorez has offered to return and treat the carpets topically at no charge.

We had an amazing first experience with Zerorez!!! The technicians were super curtious, arrived exactly when expected and turned the grimy black grout in the home we just purchased from grimy black to white again! Super happy with our experience and have already recommended your services to others. We will definitely be using you again! Thank you!!

Liked the professionalism and the resulys. Do not like the fact that the preservative upsell adds so much cost and is presented as if you are ignorant if you don't take it. If it's so critical to a successful result, it should be quoted in the inital conversation. I probably would have bought it under those circumstances. Feels like Bait and switch this way.
