Your technicians are quick and efficient. They checked each room completely and then gave me the best options to clean the carpets. This was the second time I use their services and for the second time they did an outstanding job.

What was more impressive was when I asked a question, he didnt just blow them off and answered them.

Technician Nicholas Stanisci ( I got his name from the bussiness card he left) was wonderful. Very respectful of my home and he explained the procedure and several times and had me look at my carpet and asked if I liked it. They came out better than I ever would have thought. Told me about after care and what to do to keep my carpets clean. I would recomend Zerorez to my friends and especially recomend Nicholas.

My carpeting looks better now than it has ever looked with "normal" cleaning. I'd almost forgotten what a nice pile it has. It is the fluffiest it has been since it was first installed 13 years ago. The bathroom floor has always been a huge job for me. It looks great and now that the caulking is sealed I feel much better about the risk of stains.
Overall, I am very, very pleased with Zerorez and am grateful that you advertise on Armstrong and Getty so I could get to hear about you directly from them. Your October special made it even easier to give you a try. We senior citizens on fixed incomes with no COLI do have a difficult time making ends meet.

P.S. Do you have a spot remover of some kind I could keep here in case my Golden Retriever "inhales" something she shouldn't and perhaps "tosses her cookies?" That does happen on occasion.
